Compensation: ₦600,000–₦800,000/month

About the Role

A growing financial institution is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain technology solutions that support its financial and microfinance operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong software development skills and an understanding of financial workflows, including customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and fintech solutions.
• Develop workflows for customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections, and reporting.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party financial services.
• Develop secure, user-friendly front-end and robust back-end systems.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Automate and improve existing financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer/Engineer.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, Git, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in banking, fintech, microfinance, or related financial services is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of financial systems and business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
