Full Stack Engineer
Summary
Full Stack Engineer building bilingual (Arabic/English) web apps, microservices, and low-code workflows for a government-focused platform with RTL and accessibility compliance.
Build the platform's application layer end to end: backend microservices and APIs, workflow and low-code configuration, and the bilingual user experience covering the web application, leadership cockpit and dashboards, with full Arabic RTL support and government accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build platform services, APIs and the bilingual front ends (web application, leadership cockpit, dashboards) to the agreed designs.
- Implement role-based access, audit logging hooks and approval workflows across application flows.
- Configure forms, workflows, rules and dashboards on the platform's low-code layers.
- Keep the Arabic and English experiences equivalent, including RTL and accessibility on every screen; run usability sessions with super users.
- Fix defects through SIT, UAT and hypercare; document components and hand over runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-stack development on enterprise applications, with backend services and a modern frontend framework (React or comparable) in production.
- Shipped UI/UX work: flows, wireframes, design systems, usability iterations.
- Arabic RTL product experience is a strong advantage; government or regulated-sector delivery is a plus.
- API and microservice development (REST/SOAP), event-driven patterns and SQL.
- Modern frontend engineering with state management and component systems.
- UX design practice: user flows, wireframes, prototyping and usability sessions with business users.
- Bilingual UI craft: Arabic RTL layout, typography, terminology consistency and accessibility standards.
- Workflow and low-code configuration, secure coding and Git-based CI/CD delivery.
