Job title: Full Stack Engineer (.NET & Frontend) - Immediate Start

Location: Sydney, Australia

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in .NET (C#) and some frontend skills to join our team. This role involves developing APIs using both legacy and modern .NET frameworks, contributing to frontend development with basic knowledge of Next.js/React, and working with cloud-based services to build scalable, performant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET APIs using legacy and latest .NET frameworks.
• Work with AWS native services to build scalable cloud applications.
• Handle SQL and NoSQL databases, and manage database schema using Liquibase.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or TeamCity.
• Use Docker for containerized applications and deployment.
• Implement solutions with Kafka or similar event-driven technologies.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using observability tools.
• Utilize Generative AI and agentic tools where applicable.
• Contribute to solution design and follow enterprise-level architecture best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in backend development with C# .NET.
• Extensive experience in .NET API development, working with both legacy and modern frameworks.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and schema management using Liquibase.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions or TeamCity for continuous integration and deployment.
• Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event‑driven architectures.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Exposure to Generative AI and agentic tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of solution design and enterprise‑level architecture.
