Full Stack Engineer - .Net
Summary
Build and own full-stack features using .NET backend and React frontend, collaborating with teams to deliver scalable solutions while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.
About the role
We're moving towards a model where engineers own features end-to-end. With AI speeding up implementation, coding is no longer the bottleneck. The focus has shifted to understanding problems, shaping solutions, managing dependencies, and delivering high-quality outcomes. We're looking for senior engineers who are comfortable taking a feature from idea -> plan -> build -> test -> release, while working closely with stakeholders and product teams.
Key responsibilities
Own features end-to-end (planning -> implementation -> testing -> handover)
Work directly with product, design, stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements
Break work into vertical slices that deliver real user value
Create clear implementation plans (approach, edge cases, risks, dependencies)
Build across .NET (backend) and React (frontend)
Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
Write and maintain automated tests (Playwright for E2E)
Demo early, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
Identify and manage dependencies proactively to avoid rework
About you
Solid system design & engineering fundamentals with experience designing and building scalable, maintainable systems
Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and application architecture
Able to make pragmatic design decisions balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and asking the right questions
Able to understand the "why" behind a feature
Can work with ambiguous requirements and shape them into clear solutions
Can take a loosely defined feature and drive it through to delivery
Doesn't rely on fully defined tickets to get started
Takes accountability for both outcome and quality
Can break down features into well-sized vertical slices (~1-2 day chunks)
