Full Stack Engineer
Summary
Full-stack engineer owning enterprise application features end to end — building responsive React/TypeScript UIs and Python/FastAPI backend services, designing data models, writing tests, and integrating AI-enabled capabilities alongside product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable enterprise applications using React and TypeScript for the frontend and Python/FastAPI for backend services. The engineer will independently deliver features across the stack, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate with product, UX, AI, QA, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own features end to end: UI, API, data model, tests, and release.
- Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces using React and TypeScript, including dashboards, tables, forms, filters, charts, and conversational panels.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Design SQL and NoSQL data models and write efficient queries.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, agent services, enterprise data sources, and third-party services, handling loading, streaming, error, and long-running states.
- Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure API patterns.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and keep them green in CI.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks across the UI, API, and database layers.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, releases, and production support.
- Guide Associates through pairing and code reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Strong Python programming and FastAPI experience.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and data-intensive applications.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and API design.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD-based development.
- Ability to independently deliver features across frontend and backend layers.
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills :
- Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query, or comparable state-management tools.
- Component libraries such as Ant Design, MUI, or Tailwind CSS, and data visualization libraries.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- AWS or Azure development experience.
- Redis, background processing, or asynchronous Python.
- LangGraph, LangChain, Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG, or LLM integration experience.
