Full Stack Engineer Node React Azure

Summary

Build and maintain full-stack Node.js and React applications hosted on Azure, designing scalable APIs and cloud-native systems with CI/CD and IaC.

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong full stack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React
  • Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architectures
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems and building event-driven solutions
  • Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude
  • Enjoy working in collaborative, start-up style environments with high levels of ownership
Responsibilities:
  • Help us design and build a modern cloud-native platform from the ground up using Node.js, TypeScript, React and Microsoft Azure
  • Take ownership of backend services, APIs, integrations and cloud infrastructure while also contributing to frontend development
  • Design scalable APIs, build event-driven integrations and develop Infrastructure as Code
  • Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines and architecture alongside the CTO
  • Work directly with the CTO in a small, experienced engineering team
  • Use modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership of code quality, security and technical design
