While AI is a key part of our products, great software is built on strong engineering foundations. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll build the platforms, systems and user experiences that bring those capabilities to life.

What You’ll Do
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll own features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
You'll work closely with Product, Design and AI Engineers to deliver scalable, reliable and intuitive software used by customers every day.
You’ll:
Design and build customer-facing product features from concept to production
Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI and Node.js
Build responsive, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
Design application architecture and relational data models using PostgreSQL
Build reliable integrations with third-party systems, APIs, webhooks and external services
Work with background jobs and asynchronous processes to support complex product workflows
Build reusable components and shared platform services across multiple products
Integrate AI capabilities and services into production applications where relevant
Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews and code reviews
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, reliability and scalability
Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, automation and documentation
For senior candidates, you'll also take greater ownership of system design and architecture, evaluate technical trade-offs, guide implementation approaches, mentor other engineers and help establish engineering standards across the team.
The Talent
We're looking for engineers who combine strong technical ability with product thinking and ownership.
Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break complex business problems into practical technical solutions
Experience developing modern web applications across both frontend and backend
Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience building applications with React
Experience developing backend services using Python, FastAPI or Node.js
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Experience integrating with third-party systems and services
Familiarity with asynchronous processing, background jobs and common failure-handling patterns
Familiarity with Docker and containerised development
Experience with Git-based development workflows
Understanding of authentication, authorisation and application security best practices
Experience deploying applications on AWS or other cloud platforms
Strong appreciation for clean architecture, maintainable code and software quality
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design and Engineering teams
