Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands‑on experience in React.js and Node.js to build and maintain scalable, cloud‑native applications. The ideal candidate should possess solid frontend and backend development expertise along with exposure to Cloud and DevOps technologies, enabling end‑to‑end ownership of application development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
• Design and implement microservices‑based architectures.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third‑party APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality guidelines.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• React.js
• HTML5, CSS3
• Responsive Web Design
• Carbon UI
• Strong proficiency in:
• Node.js
• Express.js / NestJS
• Experience developing and maintaining microservices.

Database

• Experience with:
• MongoDB
• Understanding of caching technologies such as Redis.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud platform:
• AWS
• GCP
• Exposure to:
• Docker
• GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building cloud‑native applications.
• Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
• Experience working with AI/LLM integrations is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to independently drive features from design to deployment.
• Ownership mindset with focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced and distributed teams.
