Our client is a healthcare technology company building an integrated, data-driven platform that connects digital health, physical wellness, and clinical expertise. Operating at the intersection of healthcare and AI, they focus on high-ownership engineering, rapid iteration, and products that directly impact how people make daily health decisions.
The Mission Our client is building a 360-degree view of human health. To achieve this, they need engineers who refuse to be boxed into front-end or back-end roles. You will own the entire loop, from the internal platforms used by medical experts to the client-facing interfaces that guide a person's daily health choices.
The Challenge The system bridges the digital and physical worlds. You will integrate data from wearable technology, medical labs, and physical gym spaces into a cohesive health concierge experience. You will leverage the latest AI coding agents to multiply your output, focusing on system logic and user empathy rather than boilerplate code.
What You'll Do End-to-End Ownership: Ship full-cycle features, from designing the database schema to perfecting the final UI transition. Internal Tooling: Build deep-data dashboards for internal medical practitioners to help them synthesize health advice instantly. AI-Augmented Development: Push the limits of AI coding tools to build, test, and deploy at a pace that feels seamless and highly efficient. User-Centric Security: Navigate different security requirements for internal medical tools and external consumer-facing applications.
Who You Are You are product-minded and care deeply about why a feature exists, not just how it is coded. You want to work in an environment where AI handles routine tasks so you can focus on solving complex, meaningful problems.
Required Skillset The client is hiring both Junior (Fresh Graduate) and Senior (5 or more years of experience) Full-Stack Engineers who possess: CS Fundamentals: A Computer Science degree or equivalent deep technical understanding. Proven Builder: Experience shipping at least two products through work, internships, or side projects. Technical Rigor: Familiarity with modern development tooling, including linters, strict typing, and testing frameworks. AI Native: Hands-on experience using AI agents beyond basic autocomplete, with the ability to explain their limitations and failure modes.
