Propiedash is where Venezuela can buy, sell, and rent. The whole country, in one place.

We built the platform to organize and elevate our real estate market, and to truly open it up: inside Venezuela, and for everyone outside the country from wherever they are. We are live at propiedash.com, and this is day one of something much bigger.

The role

This is a ground floor role and one of the most important people we will bring on this year. You build and maintain everything Propiedash runs on: our website and our mobile app, working side by side with our Director of Product & Technology every day.

This is not a ticket queue. You will be pointed at what the company needs and trusted to take it from "we need this" to "it is live and it works." Everything you ship is in the hands of real agents, real agencies, and real families looking for a home, the same day you ship it.

The title carries no seniority label on purpose. Where this role goes from here is set by what you make of it.

Ship features end to end

• Take features from an idea to live on production, across the website and the mobile app.
• Work directly with the people who talk to our clients every day, and turn what they hear into what we ship.
• Move fast without breaking the things people depend on.

Keep the platform healthy

• Own database migrations, performance, and production errors.
• Fix what breaks, and build the safety nets that catch it next time.

Hold the bar on quality and design

• Every visual change matches our design system, with no exceptions.

Who you are

• Energetic, driven, and genuinely excited to build something that matters.
• Comfortable with git: branches, commits, pull requests.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish, and strong English.
• A genuine eye for how things look and feel. We hold a very high bar for design and we will expect you to hold it too.
• You finish things. Working is not the same as done. Done means verified, reviewed, merged, and live.
• Curious and ambitious, at the forefront of what is happening in tech and AI.

A computer science degree is not required and is not what we screen for. What you have actually built matters far more to us than where you studied.

Our stack

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel on the web. React Native and Expo for iOS and Android, on the same backend. Everything bilingual, Spanish and English. Claude Code throughout.
