Full Stack Engineer (React, TypeScript, Python) 2-4 Years Experience (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain full-stack web applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs and integrations.
• Refactor and productionise prototypes, improving code quality, maintainability, performance and reliability.
• Set up and manage development, testing and deployment environments.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and deployment automation.
• Establish logging, monitoring, observability and alerting to ensure application stability.
• Design and execute unit, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues identified during testing, pilot deployments and production implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack web application development and deployment.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Strong back-end development experience using Python and related frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, system integrations and application architecture.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including Git, automated testing and code reviews.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and cloud or container-based deployment environments.
• Understanding of application logging, monitoring and observability.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience developing or deploying AI-enabled applications.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows or agentic systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and supporting rapid prototyping or pilot implementations.
• Experience delivering solutions for government agencies or enterprise environments.
