What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and Next.js to support innovative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software architectures.
• Integrate OpenAI technologies to enhance application functionalities and user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in building responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience implementing AI agents in applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies for scalable applications.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Compensation and Benefits
