Full Stack Engineer
Summary
Builds and maintains full-stack Java/Spring Boot apps with modern frontends, writes clean, testable code, and uses GenAI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
- Java, OOP, collections, exception handling, design patterns and clean coding practices.
- Spring Boot for REST APIs, microservices, validation, logging, security basics and production-ready services.
- Database skills: SQL, relational databases, JPA / Hibernate and basic performance tuning.
- Git, branching, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD and Agile delivery practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, reusable backend components and responsive UI features.
- Use GenAI tools responsibly to accelerate software delivery while validating generated outputs.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure and testable code with unit and integration test coverage.
- Participate in design discussions, sprint ceremonies, code reviews, releases and production issue analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps and client stakeholders; communicate status, risks and dependencies clearly.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Expected Profile
- Hands‑on fullstack engineer with backend depth in Java and Spring Boot.
- Owns features end‑to‑end from design to deployment support.
- Uses GenAI tools productively, responsibly and with strong engineering judgment.
Mandatory hands‑on GenAI coding practice
regular use of Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, debugging, documentation and developer productivity.
Excellent communication; comfortable working with client, product, QA, DevOps and distributed engineering teams.
