Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our digital transformation team to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications built on the OutSystems low-code platform.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle while ensuring application stability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Deliver new features and enhancements through the complete Agile sprint lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-release support.
• Configure and customise OutSystems applications while adhering to platform best practices to minimise rework and regression issues.
• Manage the application deployment lifecycle, including release planning, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and optimise system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications, including modernising legacy functionalities where required.
• Identify platform limitations and communicate technical constraints to the Solution Architect while highlighting delivery risks to the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, estimation, and sprint planning activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in OutSystems application development.
• Possess OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer Certification or higher.
• Strong experience delivering applications using Agile Scrum methodology and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting OutSystems-based enterprise applications.
• Experience developing or maintaining government or public sector digital products is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the GovTech technology stack and government development practices is advantageous.
• Experience working with and modernising legacy systems, including integrating legacy applications with modern platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile environment.
