Full Stack Engineer Senior Associate
Summary
Build and maintain financial trading platforms using Java, Spring, Angular/React, Kafka, and cloud-native tools in an agile team.
You will enhance and maintain Alpha and Charles River modules within an agile scrum team. You will design, develop, test, debug, and implement software, collaborate with analysts and product managers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot client implementations, improve testing methods, coordinate cross-team work, and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug complex software enhancements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers
- Resolve software technical issues
- Develop and implement software using Java, C#, SQL, and JavaScript
- Conduct code reviews
- Write unit and automation tests
- Perform manual tests
- Troubleshoot mission-critical client implementations
- Participate in scrum ceremonies
- Coordinate cross-team activities
- Mentor and guide engineers
Requirements
- B.Tech. degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another technical field
- 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience
- 5–8 years developing event-driven architectures
- Kafka experience
- 5–8 years developing cloud-native services
- 5–8 years of cloud-native development using Java and Spring
- Angular or React experience
- Snowflake experience
- SQL Server experience
- Kubernetes knowledge
- Experience with horizontally scalable cloud-native software
