Full Stack Engineer / Shifting Schedule

Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month

Work Experience:

- Proven experience in building and shipping full stack applications in a professional, product-based environment

- Comfortable owning a feature or system independently across a sprint or release, not just picking up tickets and closing them out

- More senior candidates at the end of the range, some experience mentoring engineers or informally leading a small pod will be favored

Primary Skills:

• Strong experience in backend development (Java, Python, or NodeJS/NestJS) and front-end development using React.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), SQL/NoSQL databases, and scalable, fault-tolerant system architecture.

• Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging systems such as Kafka, and implementing unit, integration, and contract testing.

• Proficiency in Git, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of performance optimization, system reliability, and cloud cost management.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
