Full Stack Engineer

Worth reading this one properly, especially if you've got cold feet around consultancy.

This isn't the place where they drop you into a client, then shuffle you off somewhere else when it suits the spreadsheet. This is different. Small, senior engineering business, brought in specifically because clients hit a wall they can't solve alone, whether that's architecture, new tech, or builds that are just genuinely hard.

And that's only half of it. They build their own in-house products too. So you're not just parachuting into other people's messes, you get real product work as well, building things properly and actually sticking around long enough to own the outcome.

So, what we need:

Backend's TypeScript/Node, frontend framework is open, whatever the project needs at the time. You'll own real pieces of the work, not just tickets from a backlog, and you'll be properly embedded with whatever team you're placed with, internal or client side.

And you:

Comfortable moving across the stack, not fussed which frontend framework you land on. Dutch speaking. Fine with a bit of ambiguity and happy working things out yourself rather than waiting to be told. Bonus points if you've juggled multiple projects or clients before.
