Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (backend) and React.js (frontend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves significant ownership, working as a core member of a focused team, and contributing to both product experience and architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust Java-based backend services (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).
- Build dynamic, responsive frontends using React.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend tooling.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Graph QL, Web Sockets, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
