The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the evolution of enterprise applications across .NET, Azure, React and Angular. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with technical leadership and a forward-thinking approach to AI-accelerated software delivery. The role is approximately 80% hands-on software engineering and technical work, and 20% strategic technical planning and future design.

You will:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of enterprise-scale full stack applications using .NET, React, Angular, and Azure.
• Drive technical architecture decisions, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices, establishing standards, governance, and effective team workflows.
• Build and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance.
• Lead code reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, staying current with emerging technologies and AI tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications with .NET Core, C#, and modern API architectures.
• Strong frontend expertise with React, Angular, TypeScript, and scalable Single Page Applications.
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Services, Databases, Redis, Queues, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, domain-driven design, clean code principles, and application performance optimisation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing technical decisions.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and agent-based workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
