Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET & React.js) to build, scale, and optimize high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead end-to-end feature delivery using Microsoft .NET and modern React while actively leveraging AI-assisted development tools to eliminate boilerplate, streamline testing, and compress development cycles.

The ideal candidate combines strong computer science fundamentals with a modern toolchain mindset—using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) as a force multiplier without compromising on code quality, security, or architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend: Hands-on experience with modern React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Responsibilities: Design, code, and deploy scalable, end-to-end web applications.

• Backend: Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, and RESTful API development.

• Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, clean architecture, and SOLID design principles.

• Database: Proficiency in SQl or SQL Server or PostgreSQL alongside Entity Framework Core.

• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker containerization. (Good to have)

• Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit and Jest/React Testing

Library.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments using Git for version control.

• AI Tooling: Hands-on proficiency using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code,

ChatGPT) to accelerate development and debugging.

• Code Review & Security: Strong ability to rigorously audit, test, and sanitize AI-generated code to

prevent technical debt and security risks.

• Perform rigorous code reviews with a focus on evaluating, testing, and securing AI-generated

suggestions to prevent security vulnerabilities and technical debt.

• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and cross-functional team initiatives using Git-based workflows.

• Strong hands-on experience with modern React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management libraries like Redux or Zustand), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Required Experience

• 5+ years working in .net, React js, and SQL.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT or any domain.

• AI Tooling: Hands-on proficiency using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code,

ChatGPT) to accelerate development and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting client-facing data delivery workflows.

• Comfort working in governed, production-oriented environments.

• Experience collaborating with clients to translate needs into actionable outputs.
