Full Stack Engineer

Planned start: December 2026 | Initial six-month project with extension option

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop business applications using modern engineering practices and AI coding agents. You will work directly with stakeholders and take ownership of delivering tested, maintainable software into production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop applications across the frontend and backend, using AI tools throughout delivery.
• Review and test generated code, ensuring security, maintainability and operational readiness.
• Deploy containerised applications to Kubernetes and contribute improvements to shared development tooling.
• Work alongside internal engineers, share knowledge and document reusable solutions.

You bring:

• At least five years of full-stack development experience, with practical use of AI tools in your current development workflow.
• Experience independently delivering production applications and working closely with business users.
• Strong testing and code review practices, including validation of AI-generated code.
• Kubernetes deployment experience, ideally in an on-premises environment.
• Fluent German and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

The development environment includes Java and Angular.

The assignment requires work from Switzerland, including at least two days onsite per week.
