Full Stack Engineer
Posted Updated
Summary
Designs and builds full-stack integration solutions that connect vendors, applications, and data platforms via REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven pipelines, and microservices. Day-to-day work spans Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tooling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with solution architects to establish and continuously refine interface specifications and integration frameworks for inbound and outbound data sources using REST APIs , GraphQL , OpenAPI/Swagger , and JSON/XML standards.
- Design and deliver scalable integration solutions that connect multiple vendors, applications, data platforms, and external subsystems across complex programme environments.
- Develop and enhance full-stack components using technologies such as Java , Python , JavaScript/TypeScript , React , or Node.js .
- Build secure, reusable APIs and integration services with Spring Boot , Express.js , API gateways , and microservices-based architectures.
- Implement reliable data exchange pipelines using Apache Kafka , RabbitMQ , ETL/ELT tools , and event-driven integration patterns.
- Coordinate technical integration activities across vendors and delivery teams, resolving interface dependencies, data-mapping issues, and cross-system defects.
- Establish automated build, testing, and deployment workflows through Git , Jenkins , GitLab CI/CD , Docker , and Kubernetes .
- Validate system interfaces through unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing using Postman , JUnit , Selenium , or equivalent tools.
- Monitor application and integration performance with Splunk , ELK Stack , Grafana , and Prometheus , addressing failures and service bottlenecks proactively.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation covering interface designs, API contracts, data flows, integration patterns, deployment procedures, and operational support requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in systems integration or full-stack engineering for large-scale data or technology platforms.
- Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end integrations involving multiple vendors, systems, and subsystems within complex, multi-party programme environments.
- Strong proficiency in API development, microservices, data integration, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, databases, and modern software engineering practices.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder-management, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across architecture, engineering, vendor, and business teams.
