Full Stack Engineer
Summary
Full-stack engineer building instrument-control and system software, refactoring legacy code, and maintaining existing components using C++/C#/Java/Python.
- Full-stack software development for instrument control and system applications
- Specify, design, debug, and implement code for software modules
- Perform code refactoring and optimization of new and legacy codes
- Quality assurance, maintenance and further enhancement of existing software components
- Write and update documentation
- Relevant experience in object-oriented programming (e.g. C++/C#/Java) and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell). Prior experience using Java or C# will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in Windows and Linux environment
- Familiarity with software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, Jetbrains, Git, Artifactory), agile software development tools and practices (e.g. Jira, SCRUM), and multithreaded programming knowledge will be an advantage
- Independent, structured, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Able to collaborate and work in a multi-national team
