Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer to join our AI program, building scalable, enterprise AI solutions that connect internal systems with LLM-driven workflows.

This is a high-ownership, high-velocity role. You will be expected to move quickly from requirements to production-ready code while leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate output. You will build fullstack applications, including frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and integrations that power AI-driven applications, including agent-based systems and intelligent workflows.

We are looking for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend applications, backend services, and APIs using Python, Java, and modern frontend frameworks
• Develop AI-powered workflows, including agent-based systems and integrations
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and iteration
• Translate requirements into scalable, working solutions
• Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs and event-driven patterns
• Write clean, testable, production-quality code
• Contribute to CI/CD and automated validation
• Debug and improve system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with the team while owning and delivering your work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field
• Strong Python and Java fundamentals
• Experience building APIs or backend services
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Interest in AI/LLMs and modern development practices
• Experience with or interest in AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Familiarity with Git and Agile development

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to LLMs, agents, or prompt engineering
• Docker, Azure, or cloud experience
• Basic knowledge of distributed or event-driven systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Playwright)
• Experience with databases (Postgres, Redis)
