Full Stack Engineer

Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, test, and deliver software solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established development standards.

• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support application deployment processes.

• Implement and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS services.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.

• Collaborate with team members to improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

• Research and recommend tools, technologies, and approaches to improve development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development.

• At least 3 years of experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React for frontend and backend development.

• Working knowledge of Python for application development, scripting, or automation.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services, application deployment, and monitoring.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, software design principles, and application architecture.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Kotlin.

• Experience in the financial services industry.

• Knowledge of accounting systems, general ledger systems, or financial applications.

• Experience with automated testing, application security, and performance optimization.
