Full Stack Engineer
Location: Remote (EST OR CST)
Contract length:12 months+
Pay: $80-85 per hour W2
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for complex software development, including coding, managing small sections of ongoing projects, and closely adhering to deadlines.
The candidate will also be responsible for creating design specifications, performing unit testing, and preparing technical documentation. The candidate will ensure relationships with customers and cross-team members are professional and meet expectations.
Working within an Information Technology organization and across operations and key business units, the Senior Full Stack Engineer will analyze procedures and design and implement solutions to improve data quality and process automation.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and implement solutions based on established standards and processes that promote consistency across enterprise data, reduce risk, and improve efficiencies in support of organizational goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing serverless software solutions in support of data quality and automation.
The candidate will also possess technical skills and experience in data management that will support their ability to design and develop efficient, scalable data processes and systems.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6)
- Solid experience with Node.js backend development
- Experience working with AWS services and deploying applications to AWS
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automated testing, including E2E and API testing
- Familiarity with AWS CDK or CloudFormation
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Experience working in Agile environments
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or other advanced degree(s)
- Relevant AWS or other professional certifications
