Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to develop scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to build reliable, user-centric solutions while contributing to technical architecture and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend features for web applications and platform services.
• Build reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable application modules to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
• Participate in projects involving automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered development tools, to improve engineering productivity and product capabilities.
• Contribute to system architecture design and produce clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other software engineers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience across the full technology stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term technical improvements.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, coding standards, and development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or another STEM-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Java or other enterprise backend technologies.
• Experience building scalable, high-concurrency web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and system design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with automated testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale consumer-facing web applications or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience designing reusable component libraries and scalable frontend architectures.
• Knowledge of software performance optimization, observability, and application monitoring.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
