Full Stack Engineer

Compensation: $125k – $185k

You’ll work across frontend, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security. **What you’ll do** * Own, build, and ship features across the stack (frontend, services, data). * Collaborate with product and design to shape the roadmap. * Drive testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response. * Contribute to platform primitives (auth, data models, integrations, reporting). * Help keep the engineering culture fast, pragmatic, and kind. **What we are looking for** * **Startup bias**: Experience shipping at a venture-backed startup or similar high-growth environment. * **4+ years** of full-time software engineering experience building production systems. * Modern full-stack skills: **TypeScript**, **React** (or similar), **Node.js/Python**, strong **HTML/CSS** fundamentals. * Databases & cloud: **PostgreSQL/MySQL**; some NoSQL is a plus; **AWS** (ECS/Lambda/S3/CloudFront/etc.). * RESTful APIs, auth, caching, pagination, and performance tuning. * Solid engineering hygiene: testing, reviews, observability, and operational ownership. * Clear written and verbal communication; able to work async and cross-functionally. **Nice to have** * Fintech/financial-services exposure (payments, KYC/AML, brokerage, lending, fund operations). * Compliance-aware systems (eligibility, access controls, audit trails). * Tokenization/web3 curiosity or experience; ability to reason about contracts, wallets, on-chain events. **How we work** * Small teams, short cycles, measurable outcomes. * Pragmatic engineering: feature flags, safe rollouts, and “you build it, you own it.” * Remote-first with periodic in-person collaboration. **What we offer** * Competitive salary and meaningful equity. * Company contributions to medical, dental, and vision coverage. * 401(k) * Flexible PTO and company holidays. * Offsites and team days. **How to Apply** If you are a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Engineer looking to make a difference in the FinTech space, we encourage you to apply!
