Full Stack Engineer

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month

About the role

Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will be responsible for creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that drive our business forward. This position offers the opportunity to work across the entire technology stack, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

• Develop and optimise both front-end user interfaces and back-end server logic to ensure optimal performance and user experience

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks

• Participate in the design and architecture of new features and system components

• Integrate external APIs and third-party services as required

• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes, utilising version control systems and automated testing

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to the team

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience building and shipping full stack applications in a professional, product-based environment

• Ability to independently own features or systems across sprints/releases

• Senior candidates with mentoring or pod leadership experience will be strongly favored

Technical Skills

• Strong backend expertise (Java, Python, or Node.js/Nest.js) with performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency

• Solid frontend experience with React (SSR, routing, state management, performance optimization)

• Cloud experience (GCP or Azure) — deploying production workloads, containers, serverless functions, IAM, and cost management

• Strong SQL fundamentals (query tuning, indexing, schema/data modeling) plus exposure to NoSQL

• Experience designing scalable systems (caching, load balancing, event-driven architecture, graceful failure handling)

• Agile/Scrum experience with a track record of independently shipping features

• Strong Git habits (branching strategies, clean release management)

• REST/GraphQL API design (versioning, backward compatibility)

• Exposure to Kafka or similar messaging/event-streaming systems

• Testing culture (unit, integration, contract tests)

• CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure as Code familiarity

• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience

• Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

AI Skills (Mandatory)

• Comfortable using AI tools daily to accelerate engineering work

• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Practical experience with LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Google GenAI tools, etc.)

• Exposure to agentic/multi-agent AI systems (roles, tool use, memory, workflow orchestration)

Nice to Have

• Understanding of LLM-based applications (chatbots, Q&A systems, prompt engineering, context management)

• Security fundamentals (auth protocols, secure coding, threat modeling)

• Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud experience

• Familiarity with micro-frontend or BFF patterns
