Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular / TypeScript / Java)

About the opportunity

We are partnered with a global financial services firm, hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for its Digital Platforms Technology group. You'll join a product delivery team that builds and supports business-critical web applications for corporate clients who manage employee equity and stock plans.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing, testing and supporting modern web applications and services
• Contributing to technical design discussions and solution development
• Taking part in code reviews and promoting best practice
• Giving technical input to planning and estimation, and flagging progress and risks clearly
• Mentoring less experienced engineers and sharing knowledge across the team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications
• Strong front-end skills with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS and Signals
• Experience working in Nx / monorepo environments
• Working knowledge of Java / Spring services and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, AWS, observability and production support

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
