Join the core of this organization’s Marketing, Sales, and Operations: the Business Operations Software Solutions Team! This team is responsible for developing and maintaining the software that powers essential processes, including everything from customer savings assessments to order payments and strategic planning.

As a Full-Stack Engineer on the Business Operations Software team, you will play a crucial role in creating the tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Collaborating closely with the team, you will design and implement features across the full stack, ensuring that the applications are scalable, maintainable, and built for the long term.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
• Design and implement features across the entire stack, from front-end to back-end.
• Work primarily in TypeScript and with self-service automation platforms.
• Ensure that applications are scalable, maintainable, and built to last.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team on how to improve internal processes and support growth.
• Take initiative to make customers happy and contribute to success!
• A passion for making a positive impact on the world and fighting climate change.
• At least 5 years of experience in web development.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js, Tailwind, and React, as well as back-end technologies like Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL datastores (like Redis/S3), as well as API development.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling and cloud providers.
• Openness to working with managed self-service automation platforms alongside coding solutions.
• Proficiency with development tools like Git.
• A willingness to work independently, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.
• High energy, eagerness, and capability to learn and grow.
