ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide L2 technical support for AI applications (chatbots, assistants, automation tools)
- Work with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performance
- Customize and configure vendor-delivered AI solutions to requirements
- Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems
- Review and validate code/solutions delivered by external agencies
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Monitor application performance and implement fixes
- Handle API configuration, authentication, and access management.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- 5+ years full stack development experience
- Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Frontend development experience (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience working with external vendors and technical teams
- REST API integration and troubleshooting
- Azure services experience (App Services, Functions, API Management)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Knowledge of RAG patterns and vector databases
