Full Stack Engineering Lead Products and Execution Wealth Management

You will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of wealth management platforms and investment journeys. You will provide hands-on technical leadership for engineering squads, build full stack systems, design distributed solutions, own solution design and delivery, turn requirements into technical solutions, and evaluate modern engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of wealth management platforms and investment journeys
• Lead engineering squads and drive technical execution and engineering standards
• Build and evolve full stack systems using Java, ReactJS, Python, and Go
• Design scalable distributed solutions using microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and micro-frontend architectures
• Own solution design and engineering delivery for the assigned area
• Work with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to design decisions, implementation approaches, and critical delivery paths
• Evaluate and apply AI-assisted development tooling where it improves speed, quality, and developer effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms in a hands-on engineering role
• Expertise in Java, ReactJS, Python, or Go with full stack engineering capability
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, high-performance systems
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and micro-frontend patterns
• Experience leading a stream or domain area and working with engineering squads
• Experience building order management systems and execution management systems
• Domain experience in Bonds, Equities, FX, Structured Products, Funds, Digital Assets, portfolio construction, rebalancing, or risk management
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
