Lead a distributed engineering team to build and deliver a large enterprise digital platform using full-stack, microservices, and cloud-native tools while managing client stakeholders and AI-assisted workflows.
We are looking for a client-facing Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of a large enterprise digital platform covering integration workflow microservices web mobile and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across frontend backend integration BPM mobile Dev Ops and cloud Engage with client stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans Provide technical oversight across APIs microservices workflows application architecture security performance and deployment Manage engineering quality delivery risks dependencies releases and production readiness Drive Agile Dev Sec Ops CI CD automated testing observability and engineering governance Mentor engineering leads and coordinate with architects product owners testing teams and infrastructure teams Drive AI-assisted engineering across requirements development testing code review documentation and Dev Sec Ops with appropriate quality security and governance controls Required Skills 10 years in software engineering with experience leading enterprise platform delivery Strong understanding of full-stack development microservices APIs cloud-native architecture BPM integration and Dev Sec Ops Experience with Azure OCI AWS or equivalent cloud platforms Strong client management communication presentation and problem-solving skills Experience managing distributed engineering teams Practical understanding of AI-enabled software engineering tools and their application across the full software development lifecycle Preferred Experience with Mule Soft Camunda Next js React Azure and OCI Arabic language skills and Middle East delivery experience are advantageous Required Skills 10+ years in software engineering with experience leading enterprise platform delivery Strong understanding of full-stack development, microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecture, BPM, integration, and Dev Sec Ops Experience with Azure, OCI, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms Strong client management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Experience managing distributed engineering teams Practical understanding of AI-enabled software engineering tools and their application across the full software development lifecycle Preferred Preferred Experience with Mule Soft, Camunda, Next.js, React, Azure, and OCI. Arabic language skills and Middle East delivery experience are advantageous.
