Full Stack Engineering Manager

Summary

Engineering Manager leads modernization of media production/distribution workflows, designing scalable Python-based services and full-stack integrations to automate and streamline content pipelines.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to drive technical execution for a multi-phase program modernizing media production and distribution workflows into a more automated, scalable backbone. You will bridge solution design and hands-on delivery across integrations, pipeline development, and asset management—apply to help build durable, industry-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical execution to translate application solution design into robust implementations
  • Design scalable application architectures to modernize fragmented media workflows
  • Build Python-based services and automation to support pipeline workflow development
  • Implement full-stack features that enable integrations, customizations, and orchestration
  • Integrate media systems to streamline content creation, processing, and distribution
  • Coordinate architecture decisions with delivery priorities to ensure maintainable outcomes
  • Improve observability across workflow components to support operational excellence

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in solution architecture and application architecture for enterprise platforms
  • 5+ years of experience delivering Python-based full-stack solutions in production environments
  • Technical execution leadership skills bridging high-level design and hands-on implementation
  • Media & Entertainment domain expertise across VFX, production, and post-production environments
  • Media asset management knowledge working with source and deliverable assets in MAM ecosystems
  • Strong integration skills across systems, APIs, and workflow orchestration components
  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders on architecture decisions and delivery tradeoffs

Nice to have

  • Media supply chain experience spanning production-to-distribution workflows
  • System-level design skills for scalable, resilient platform architectures
