We're Hiring: Full Stack Engineers (Consultant/Senior Consultant)!

We are looking for skilled Full Stack Engineers to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a passion for creating efficient and scalable applications. You will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Role: Full Stack Engineers (Consultant/Senior Consultant)

What You'll Do:

• Engineer and support full stack applications, working across ReactJS with TypeScript on the front end and Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI on the back end.
  
• Construct new modules for a data intensive platform that runs complex workflows powered by AI models.
  
• Extend and refine existing system components to improve functionality, performance and reliability.
  
• Craft customised front end components that translate product requirements into responsive user interfaces.
  
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines within GitLab to streamline release cycles.
  
• Author automated test scripts and establish quality assurance frameworks across the codebase.
  
• Configure containerised deployment and automation workflows using tooling such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Partner with fellow engineers, data scientists and data engineers to deliver integrated solutions end to end.
  
• Review peers' code and offer constructive technical input during team discussions.
  
• Weigh in on technical architecture decisions, balancing performance, maintainability and business needs.

What we're looking for:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack web application development within a collaborative development environment.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS or Angular, together with hands-on experience using Python web or backend frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.
  
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices, version control, automated testing and deployment of containerised applications using tools such as Git, GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Sound understanding of software architecture, system design and resilient distributed systems, with strong communication, problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
