Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build our platform in Flutter across web and mobile, from first screen to release
- Turn complex real-estate workflows into screens that are fast and simple to use, on a desktop in a sales office or a phone at a site
- Write the backend your features need: Node.js and TypeScript services and the APIs behind them
- Model data in PostgreSQL that stays correct when many people work on the same records at once
- Keep every screen in step with live data, and keep the app usable on a weak connection: cached data, queued actions and a clear sign when something is still syncing
- Own quality end to end: performance, releases and tests
Preferred candidate profile
Must-Have Skills
- Flutter and Dart in production, including Flutter Web
- State management with Riverpod or BLoC
- Node.js and TypeScript: you have built APIs, not just called them
- PostgreSQL: schema design, transactions and indexing
- Real-time sync and offline-first patterns in Flutter: local cache, queued writes and resolving conflicts when they sync
- Profiling and fixing performance issues on web and mobile

- Apps shipped to the Play Store or App Store
