Role Overview

Lead the user interface and client-facing web application development for EquiSight, Equinoxs enterprise solution for job architecture and design, compensation studio and pay equity compliance. Working with the Product Owner and Technical Lead, translate prototypes into responsive, secure production interfaces, advisor workspaces and interactive reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive Vue 3 interfaces with Vite, following prototype specifications and design systems.
• Implement dataset mapping, job catalogue sign-off workflows, evaluation matrices, pay gap charts and remediation scenarios.
• Integrate Django REST Framework endpoints, authentication tokens, RBAC permissions and task-status polling.
• Build compliance report previews, watermarked document views and employee information request interfaces.
• Optimize rendering and data grids for large workforce tables and cross-browser compatibility.

Technical Stack

Vue 3, Vite, TypeScript/JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS, Vue Router, Pinia/Vuex. Django 5/DRF API consumption, authentication and session tokens. Docker, GitHub Actions and nginx.

Qualifications

3+ years of web application development with a strong focus on modern Vue.js, preferably Vue 3. Proven ability to translate Figma or interactive prototypes into accessible and intuitive enterprise SaaS interfaces. Strong asynchronous HTTP, JSON, error handling and file-upload progress experience. Solid component architecture, state isolation and performance optimization skills.
