We are looking for an experienced Full Stack & GenAI Developer to build and support modern web applications and AI-powered solutions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the MERN stack combined with practical expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI development frameworks.

The role involves developing scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and MongoDB, while designing and integrating AI Agents, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM-powered workflows. Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, cloud platforms, microservices, containers, and production deployments will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain MERN stack applications using MongoDB and NoSQL technologies.
• Design and integrate Generative AI solutions into real-world business workflows.
• Develop AI Agents using modern agentic AI frameworks and architectures.
• Build RAG-based applications and integrate vector databases.
• Work with LLMs, cloud LLM services, and open-source LLM technologies.
• Develop solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement and integrate AI Agents into production workflows.
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and modern AI integration patterns.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes.

• Optimize application and AI system performance.
• Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot production applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL.
• Strong MERN Stack experience, including Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Experience designing and integrating AI Agents into real-world workflows.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Hands-on RAG and vector database experience.
• Experience with cloud-based and open-source LLMs.
• Strong REST API and microservices development experience.
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI experience.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and production deployment.
• Experience with WebSockets, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
