A Full Stack Instructor delivering in-person lectures at upGrad's offline learning centres, covering programming fundamentals, DSA, and the MERN stack (Java, MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) while mentoring students.

As an Instructor at our Offline Learning Centres, you will deliver engaging sessions in Full Stack Development, covering programming fundamentals, Data Structures & Algorithms and modern web technologies. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality learning outcomes through classroom teaching, mentorship, and academic support. Key Responsibilities

Deliver in-person lectures and training sessions in Full Stack Development and related domains.

Guide learners through concepts, case studies, and projects to ensure strong understanding and application.

Collaborate with Centre Managers and academic teams to monitor learner progress and outcomes.

Support students with doubt-solving, mentorship, and building career-ready skills.

Continuously update knowledge and content to stay current with industry trends and tools.


Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in Full Stack Development or related domains.

Strong programming skills in Java and solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms for problem-solving.

Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Comfortable with both classroom delivery and online teaching (camera-facing).

Education: BE/ B.Tech (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.
