🕒 Duration: 2-3 months
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

What you will do
● Work on real production features across backend, frontend, and databases
● Build internal tools, dashboards, and user-facing features
● Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to ship features quickly
● Translate loosely defined business problems into scalable technical solutions
● Debug, improve performance, and iterate based on real user feedback
● Contribute to code quality, architecture, and engineering best practices
You’re a good fit if you
● Have built full-stack projects independently (college or side projects count)
● Are comfortable with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and React or
similar
● Understand web architecture, APIs, and database fundamentals
● Have an eye for clean, usable interfaces
● Are eager to learn, take ownership, and solve real-world problems
● Prefer shipping practical solutions over chasing perfection
● Years of experience are not important; aptitude and attitude matter more
Bonus exposure
● Frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
● PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch
● APIs, background jobs, cron jobs, CI/CD pipelines
● eCommerce platforms or internal/admin tooling
● Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
