- Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and help improve platform reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Job Description

- Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with frontend development using typescript and javascriptframeworks.
- Work closely with traders, product teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, latency-sensitive solutions.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and help improve platform reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience in software development/programming.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
- Experience in investment banking or capital markets, preferably supporting Equities, FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities), or Financing platforms.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
