Full Stack Java Developer (Java/Spring Boot, React, API) US Client

About the role

This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Key responsibilities

• Development of websites and applications through all phases of the development life cycle (including planning, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining)
• Working with project managers using traditional and Agile methodologies to plan and execute development
• Hands on experience with JavaScript frameworks
• Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team
• Java Rest API development using Java SpringBoot 3.0+, Spring Batch
• API Deployment in any one Cloud environment like Kubernetes, AWS, ApiGee, Azure
• Deployment using CICD pipelines

About you

• Strong design and coding skills in Typescript/JavaScript, and/or React
• Firm understanding of software development principles, capabilities and limitations of platforms, including first-time user experience, battery life, connectivity issues, and perceived performance
• Java OOP Concepts and Pillars of Java (5 years exp)
• Advanced Java including Collections, IO, JDBC, Threads, Generics
• Spring/Spring boot
• REST API
• ReactJS - 3 years above practical experience preferred
• Strong debug skills
• Knowledge of Accessibility and Web Standards
• Experience with both Responsive and Adaptive
