Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to develop,configure, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain complex application componentsin accordance with approved architecture, technical designs, securityrequirements, and coding standards. The successful candidate will providetechnical leadership and help ensure the quality, reliability, performance, andmaintainability of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop,configure, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain complex applicationcomponents.
  
• Design,develop, configure, test, and maintain Java application components.
  
• Buildand maintain cloud-based microservices in Microsoft Azure.
  
• Developinterfaces, APIs, integration services, business logic, and databasecomponents.
  
• Participatein solution design and technical planning activities.
  
• Reviewcode and provide practical feedback to development team members.
  
• Diagnoseand resolve defects, performance issues, security concerns, andintegration failures.
  
• Supportcontinuous integration and deployment activities.
  
• Prepareand maintain technical documentation.
  
• Estimatedevelopment effort and contribute to sprint and release planning.
  
• Supporttesting activities, user acceptance testing, deployment, andimplementation.
  
• Identifytechnical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Providetechnical leadership, guide development activities, and mentor teammembers.
  

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Experiencedeveloping and maintaining complex enterprise applications using Java.
  
• Experiencetranslating technical specifications, user stories, and acceptancecriteria into working software.
  
• Experiencedeveloping user interfaces, APIs, integration services, business logic,and database components.
  
• Experiencebuilding automated unit, integration, API, database, and UI tests.
  
• Experiencedeveloping and deploying cloud-based microservice architecture solutionsin Microsoft Azure, including deployment pipelines, configurationmanagement, and application monitoring.
  
• Experiencereviewing code and enforcing development, security, documentation, andtesting standards.
  
• Experiencetroubleshooting complex defects and resolving performance, reliability,and integration issues.
  
• Experienceimplementing secure coding practices and addressing identifiedvulnerabilities.
  
• Experiencesupporting deployments, production-readiness activities, andpost-implementation stabilization.
  
• Demonstratedexperience providing team and solution leadership.
  
• Experiencementoring developers and providing technical guidance withinmultidisciplinary teams.
  

Software Development Experience (40%)

• Experiencedeveloping complex enterprise or public-facing applications.
  
• Experienceimplementing user interfaces, APIs, services, integrations, and databasecomponents.
  
• Experienceapplying object-oriented, structured, and Agile development methodologies.
  

Cloud, Integration, and Deployment (25%)

• Experiencedeveloping and deploying applications in cloud-based environments.
  
• Experiencewith APIs, integration patterns, automated deployment, and configurationmanagement.
  
• Experiencesupporting application monitoring and operational readiness.
  

Testing, Security, and Quality (20%)

• Experiencedeveloping automated tests for user interfaces, APIs, and databases.

Communication and Technical Leadership (15%)

Mandatory Requirements
