What Makes This Role Special

You’ll join a small, fast-moving team where you’ll ship real features to production — not “practice tasks.”

You’ll learn how to build modern web applications with Python + React (or similar), while also getting hands‑on with AI-assisted development every day: using tools like Copilot/Codex‑style assistants, structured prompting, automated code reviews, and workflow automation to move faster and write better code.

This is a junior role — but it’s not passive. You’ll be supported with mentorship, code reviews, and clear ownership so you can grow quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and improve backend services in Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
• Develop responsive user interfaces in React (or similar: Next.js, Vue, Svelte)
• Implement and integrate REST APIs between frontend and backend
• Use AI coding tools to speed up delivery while keeping code quality high
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit/integration, where it makes sense)
• Participate in code reviews and learn modern engineering practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers to ship features end‑to‑end

What We’re Looking For

Junior-Friendly Must-Haves (Skills You’ll Use Daily)

• Good fundamentals in Python (you can build small apps, read existing code, debug issues)
• Some experience with frontend development (React preferred, but “React‑like” is fine)
• Understanding of how APIs work (requests, responses, auth basics, JSON)
• Familiarity with Git and a collaborative workflow (branches, PRs, reviews)
• A learning mindset: you enjoy improving fast and you ask good questions

Nice to Have (We’ll Help You Level Up)

• TypeScript experience (or willingness to learn it)
• Any exposure to FastAPI, Django, Flask, or async Python
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker, serverless
• Comfort using AI assistants (Copilot/Codex‑style tools) responsibly and effectively
