Full Stack Lead - .Net/React.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies and ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend API development, frontend engineering, cloud-ready architectures, and Agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, and ReactJS.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Develop scalable and secure Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.

- Implement responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS and JavaScript.

- Work with Entity Framework and relational databases for data access and optimization.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

- Implement Micro Frontend architecture and modular UI design patterns.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best development practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.
