Full Stack Lead With AI

Location: Katowice / Wrocław - 2 days office / 3 days remote.

Overview

Lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for large or complex projects, ensuring design, development, delivery, and maintenance meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex and escalated aspects of projects, including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout development.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability, and value from current solutions and emerging technologies, identifying and implementing continuous improvement plans.
• Build strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver leading solutions.
• Take a leadership role for the work group, establishing expectations, principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities to deliver the project.
• Ensure consistency with relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical design; support definition, maintenance, and implementation of technology standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of one or more of: C#, Java, or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years of applied experience.
• Significant relevant experience in software or platform engineering roles.
• Experience delivering software/platform engineering solutions and providing comprehensive technical advice.
• Experience with CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management, and automation tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in fine‑tuning language models for specific tasks (text generation, summarization, question answering).
• Knowledge of embedding models and their application in NLP tasks (similarity matching, clustering, information retrieval).
• Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic systems that combine AI models with external tools or environments for autonomous decision‑making.
• Ability to design robust evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents, including metrics development, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft/Google/AWS certificates.
• Experience delivering using modern methodologies.
• Significant proven experience building applications using container‑orchestration systems like Kubernetes and container engines like Docker.
