Full Stack Manager
Summary
Hands-on Full Stack Manager at Anchor Bridge Consulting who codes directly while leading frontend/backend developers, reviewing code, and owning delivery of scalable web applications. Stack spans React/Next.js/Vue/Angular frontends with Node.js/Python/PHP-Laravel/Java/.NET backends and MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases.
This is a remote position.
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack web applications; manage and coordinate frontend and backend developers; translate business and product requirements into technical solutions and development plans; develop responsive frontend applications; design and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, databases, and integrations; review code and enforce coding, security, and development standards; mentor developers and provide technical guidance; assign tasks and monitor project progress; troubleshoot technical challenges, bugs, performance issues, and system bottlenecks; participate in architectural decisions; collaborate with product, design, and business teams; manage source control, development environments, deployments, and releases; ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and documented; maintain and enhance existing applications; recommend improvements to the technology stack and development processes.

Requirements
| Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience; strong frontend and backend development experience; proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS; backend experience with Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, Java, .NET, or similar; RESTful API and third-party integration experience; knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases; strong Git/version-control knowledge; understanding of software architecture, application security, scalability, and performance optimization; code-review experience; strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills; ability to work independently within a hybrid team. |
