Full Time (On-site) 9 am - 6 pm Experience Level: 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MERN/MEAN stack and Python-based services.
- Design and integrate AI-powered chatbots with web platforms and CRMs.
- Work on conversational AI, including natural language processing (NLP) for smart, contextual chatbot interactions.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., CRMs, cloud tools, communication platforms).
- Collaborate on AI/ML modules for automation, user personalization, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications.
- Optimize performance and ensure responsive, secure applications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express, Node.js, React.js or Angular, and Python (Flask/Django).
- Experience in developing and deploying chatbots (Dialog Flow, Rasa, Botpress, etc.).
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Hands-on with Git/version control and API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL, Redux, or Socket.io.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and chatbot integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
