Full Stack Mobile Engineer (Mobile & Backend)
Summary
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter, integrate APIs, and occasionally contribute to backend services in Go/Node/Java.
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Mobile Developer (Flutter) with 3–5 years of experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS, as a full stack engineer, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable and user-friendly products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and third-party SDKs.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Continuously improve development processes and application architecture.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional Flutter development, building mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and familiarity with MVVM architecture.
- Experience with Golang, NodeJS or Java backend development.
- Experience with WebSocket real-time applications.
- Familiar with storage technologies (SQLite, MySQL).
- Experience with performance profiling and memory optimization.
Nice to Have
- Experience in building custom presets or workflows for AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
